si mes souvenir sont bon on doit pourvoir le désinstallé dans:
panneaux de configuration
ajout suppression de programme
ensuite sur la gauche vous allé dans ajouter ou supprimer des composants Windows
descendre avec la fleche et regarder si MSN EXPLORER est cocher ou pas.
si oui il suffi de décoché et de faire suivant
et de suivre ce qu'il y a de maquer.

• Télécharger smitfraudfix (de S!Ri) sur le bureau.
  
• Clique sur smitfraudfix.exe
  
• Choisis l'option 1 et
  colle dans ta réponse le rapport
  généré par smitfraudfix. Ce rapport se trouve
  dans la fenêtre du
  bloc-note qui s’ouvre.
  
• Ferme l'application en tapant sur la touche Q.
  

Réparation

• Prière d'imprimer ces instructions, ou de les coller dans un
  fichier texte pour lecture en mode Sans Échec.
  
• Redémarre en mode sans échec en tapotant sur F5 ou F8 au démarrage.
  
• Double cliquer sur Smitfraudfix.exe.
  
• Sélectionner 2 pour
  supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
  
• A la question Voulez-vous
  nettoyer le registre ?], répondre O
  (oui) afin de débloquer le fond
  d'écran et supprimer les clés de démarrage
  automatique de l'infection. Le fix déterminera si le
  fichier wininet.dll est infecté.
  
• A la question Corriger le
  fichier infecté ? répondre O (oui) pour remplacer le fichier
  corrompu.
  
• Quitter le programme en appuyant sur Q.
  
• Redémarrer normalement et coller sur le forum le rapport généré.

• Télécharge SDFix (créé par Andy Manchesta) et
  sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
  
• Si le lien ne fonctionne pas, essaie ceux-ci :

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que

• voici :
  
  
  
  • Redémarre ton ordinateur.
    
  • Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que
    l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (ou F5).
    
  • A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options
    devrait apparaître.
    
  • Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis
    appuie sur "Entrée".
    
  • Choisis ton compte.
    


• Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
  
  
  
  • En mode sans échec, double-clique sur le fichier SDFix.exe et clique sur install,
    
  • Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.cmd pour lancer le script.
    
  • Appuie sur Y pour commencer le script.
    
  • Il va supprimer les services de certains trojans, effectuera aussi quelques
    réparations du Registre et il te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour
    redémarrer.
    
  • Il est possible que l'outil demande un redémarrage en mode Sans Échec
    en début de routine, si une infection particulière est détectée; valide
    et tapote la touche F5 ou F8 au redémarrage pour accéder aux options de
    démarrage.
    
  • Sinon, appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
    
  • Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va
    continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
    
  • Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished
    
  • Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes
    de ton Bureau.
    
  • Enfin, ouvre le dossier de SDFix sur ton Bureau et copie/colle le contenu du
    fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un
    nouveau log Hijackthis !

À son crédit, elle a un long bagage de solutions pratiques efficaces.

Je déplore les longs cheminements mais...c'est ce qu'il faut, semble-t'il, parfois...

Les résultats passés sont garants de l'efficacité et de la persévérance gratuite de cette AMHie Chrifleur.

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas (plus) cette patience...

Je cherche toujours le logiciel nettoyeur miraculeux...J'espère le trouver, un jour prochain.

Pour le moment, c'est l'Ami Chrifleur qui monopolise les solutions de désinfection et je lève mon chapeau! (humblement) Bravo!

Je résume: Quand un internaute avec un problème s'adresse ici dans AMH pour LA solution à son problème d'infection, si l'Ami Chrifleur s'occupe de son cas, on peut être assuré de solutionner avec succès: Chrifleur a de la patience et du succès. C'est évident!

j'aimerais bien moi aussi un logiciel qui nettoie tout plus blanc que blanc, mais pour le moment il n'existe pas, même malwarebyte qui pourtant est efficace+++, laisse des traces dans le PC, et ne nettoie pas tout!
les bandits qui créent ces infections ont souvent un train d'avance sur nous les "helpers"...la bataille contre les virus est dure et de plus en plus compliquée et ardue...
